Pastor Young is a loving and caring preacher and teacher. Through his dynamic preaching and teaching through the Holy Spirit, the ministry has grown physically and spiritually! His committment to ministry is unwavering and it shows in the care and concern he has for the congregation and community. 

We are over 100 years strong.  God has been good to us, from our beginnings on Baity Street to our current location on Heitman Drive. It was only by faith in God that the Lord has kept us these years and will continue to keep us as we move into the future.  Truly "we have come this far by faith!"

 Through the guidance of The Holy Spirit our mission at Mt Carmel Missionary Baptist Church is to create disciples by equipping God’s people for ministry through practical Biblical preaching, teaching and Christ-centered worship. We do this in hope of impacting our local community through evangelism, outreach and warm-hearted fellowship.
